Hello again! Someone flagged my post, not sure why, as the post is not hurting anyone. Im reaching out to the community to see if anyone has anything they dont use/need or want anymore that i may be able to use. (Towels, blankets, hand towels ect. ) Let me first say, if anyone has ANY questions or concerns please shoot me an email! I would be more than happy to give out some more information and explain what i do more in detail. I have been helping and taking in animals in need for quite a few years now, this last year i got even more involved with helping animals in need. I see to it that any animal that comes into my care gets any and ALL medical care they need, i make sure they get fully vaccinated and spay/neutered before going to a new forever home. The main thing i do is take in sick stray cats and get them medical care, if they are friendly/adoptable they find loving new homes. If they are more on the feral/non-adoptable side, i get them vaccinated and spayed/neutered and either release them where they were picked up (if it is a safe location) or they get relocated and become farm cats. Although i primarily deal with cats, my doors are always open to other animals. Im not asking anyone to go out and buy any supplies or donate money, im simply asking if anyone has old towels/blankets/sheets, ect that they don’t use or were going to throw out anyway to consider donating them instead. I primarily can use the towels/blankets/hand towels/sheets ect but i will include a small list of other things that could prove useful to me. Please don’t flag this, I’m being genuine and if anyone has a problem with what i do or me asking the community to donate something that someone may just be throwing away anyway, then i don’t know what to say. Things i could use: Towels/blankets/sheets/hand towels, ect Cats beds/toys Food and water dishes aren’t super needed but always accepted Some clean crates/cages/gates may be accepted, but arn’t urgently needed. Unopened cat foods and litter is accepted as well. If you have something else that you think may be useful it doesn't hurt to reach out and ask! Im doing this for the animals and for our community. By taking in sick cats and trap/neuter/release it helps lessen the sickness/disease spreading around, as well as Reducing the population of un-altered cats producing more kittens in our area. The animals that do get rehomed do not have any adoption fees, but we do perform vet checks, need references and make sure the potential adopter is a good fit for the animal they are interested in.
