Immediately Hiring!!! We are looking for a Skilled Maintenance Technician that can perform a variety of tasks such as Plumbing, Drywall, Painting/TBT, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry/Flooring, General Construction/Demo, Masonry, Troubleshooting, Appliance Repairs, Handyman Skills, Light Landscaping, Customer Service, Time Management, Attention to Detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently M- F 8am-6pm (Some Saturdays as needed but not required).* Overtime is also available. Candidates must be responsible and must adhere to pre-scheduled appointments & use of company apps for logging jobs. **MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS & RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (TRUCK PREFERRED)*** This is a per job payout NOT hourly/salary pay. Availability to make anywhere between $1-3K easy in a week for top performance technicians!!! EXTREME GROWTH POTENTIAL!!! Responsibilities * Drywall Installation/Demo/Buildback * Installing or repairing sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, faucets and fixtures, unclogging drains * Fixture Replacement, Light Electrical repairs, Sub Panels, Breakers, GFI outlets. Celling fans repairs/replacements * Locks/Doors/Rekey * Painting/TBT for the Interior and Exterior, Stucco/Brick repairs, Masonry * HVAC Repairs, Thermostat repairs/replacements, Chimney cleaning, Vents * Tile/Carpet Installation & repairs * Window Repair/Replacements * Appliance Repair/Installing/ Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Water Heater, Stove, Microwave * Fence Repairs build and removal * Tree Trimming/Light Landscaping, Sprinklers * Garage Door/Remote Repairs * Installing/repairing decks & patios * Replacing countertops, sinks etc. * Roof repairs (Some Two Story) Skills * Ability to safely use common power and hand tools * HVAC knowledge and repair skills * Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems * Strong communication skills with property management and tenants * Self-starter with good time management skills * Proven experience as maintenance technician * Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs/texture * Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods * Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices * Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills * Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime * High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $75.00 - $500.00 per day COVID-19 considerations:
