UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Busy property management company is seeking an individual to handle daily maintenance on properties. The ideal individual will have knowledge on all aspects of home maintenance and repair, emphasizing on the following: Plumbing Painting Electrical HVAC Knowledge a plus Must have reliable work truck, and own tools. These things are not provided. The job is a contractor position where a 1099 will be filed. The job is full time, with a 35-40 hour work week generally. Work hours must be detailed and submitted on a daily and weekly basis, will explain in more detail at time of hire. Pay is weekly, pay days are Fridays for the previous weeks work (no exceptions).
