UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
We are looking for an individual to work as a cleaner for a busy rental company.
Job may include a clean out of garbage and furniture left behind getting it ready for our maintenance team to come in and make the property ready to rent to the next tenant. Most of our properties are in Tempe, but there are a couple in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
This is a 1099 Contract Position - Paying between $17.00 and $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Must have own vehicle and cleaning equipment/supplies.
