We are looking to hire sub-contractors to maintain vacant properties for banks. You can choose between our two payment terms; Regular Pay & Rush Pay. Regular Pay: Time frame is 10-14 days for a fully closed work order. Rush Pay: Time Frame is 3 business days for a fully closed work order. You must have the following- • Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number • General Liability and E & O Insurance We can get you started right away with your PPW Credentials and send work orders once your proper paperwork is submitted. We do the following types of work: - Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals - Securing - lock work and boarding - Winterization - Minor Property Repairs - Janitorial/Maid Services - Trash Outs - Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc. Please reach out via email with your full legal name, name of your company (if applicable), and coverage area.
