I am an acrylic painter. I want to share my studio with someone who is working on small works (under 30 inches) or computer work. On your days you will be working at the studio alone. Sunny beautiful studio with the window in a renovated building in Greenpoint. Days are negotiable. No lease commitment, 30 days notice is fine. You will be asked to pay your first month and the deposit only. Priced for 2 options: 2 Days for $ 299mo, Or $349mo for 3 days (2 evenings starting 5pm + one full weekend day) Utilities and amenities are included in your rent.
