Established in 1972, we have been providing quality lawn care, tree & shrub care, and pest control in Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and now Loveland and Greeley. Lawn Doctor is a customer service company that provides the highest quality standards in the green industry. Our nutrition programs are natural based, university backed, and made specifically for Colorado lawns. Come join our team at Lawn Doctor and help us grow and beautify the Front Range. We are looking for good people with clean Motor Vehicle Records. You will positively impact our business as you join our team at the most important level. We have implemented a winning liquid service strategy with a great product that delivers results. You will work closely with the Managers and Customers to achieve the best-looking lawns. Experience is a plus but is not necessary Starting pay begins at $20.00 per hour and increases with experience. You will receive a pay increase of 3% on July 1st guaranteed. New technicians with great attendance will receive $2000 in bonuses for retention $1000 July 1st and $1000 October 31st. If you work at TruGreen or any Lawn Care companies talk to us. Job Requirements • Valid driver’s license with a good MVR. • Great customer service skills. • Attention to detail and good clerical skills. • Self-starter who can motivate and lead others. • Physically able to walk for long periods and lift, drag, and pull 50lbs. Benefits: • Base compensation well above industry standards. • Hourly wage includes overtime and commission. • Health, dental, and vison insurance offered after 30 days. • 50% employer contribution on Health insurance. • 401k with annual employer match up to 2%.
