PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD PRIOR TO RESPONDING. I need someone who can function as part of a team as well as work autonomously. Manage their time and tasks, do general labor, take direction well, work well by himself, has a valid drivers license. Can you make sound decisions and above all else are you SAFE and respectful? If so this may be a good fit for you... We will train on required tasks. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone. Serious inquiries only This job pays under the table until we decide that your going to work out and be a valued member of the team. Raises and more permanent work are possible if you work out. Job is in and around LaFollette and Norris Lake. NOT REQUIRED but let me know up front if you are a VETERAN or have experience in any of the following: Sales, labor, construction, electrical, management, plumbing, cleaning, property management, profressional driving, transportation, painting, lawn maintenance or Information Technology. These skills would help but not necessary. (WE WILL TRAIN) This job will give you a lot of experience in and around the many aspects of Commercial, residential and vacation rental real estate...
