Looking for an individual part time (preferably M-F mornings) to assist in busy Summerville office! Looking for someone with a naturally friendly demeanor who enjoys working in a small team environment. Previous experience in customer service/admin or sales preferred. A large part of this role involves fulfulling incoming requests such as sending price quotes, responding to questions submitted on the website, and following up with customers to ensure they are happy and taken care of! Individual will work directly under the inside sales rep to help fulfill customer needs. About our Customers We are lucky to work with the most passionate educators around the nation. We partner with many title 1 schools with students who live in high poverty environments, high rates of trauma, adhd, behavioral and academic struggles, and many students with developmental and/or learning gaps.
