We currently have Three Mobile homes in need of moderate repairs and we are looking to expand our list of mobile home experienced handyman. We are looking to develop a win-win relationship for many mobile home rehabs moving forward REQUIREMENTS: must have own tools, must have transportation. Must have extensive mobile home experience and know your way around mobile home rehabs must have proactive attitude Specialize in • moderate plumbing repair under home and in bathroom • fix leaks in ceiling • minor electrical knowledge • paint • repair drywall • remove mold when needed • building steps or deck in front of home • install linoleum flooring • Repair Holes and soft spots in subfloor respond via email with your number and brief information about yourself
