ZR Landscaping & Grading is hiring experienced landscape laborers and machine operators. Some kind of experience in the field required. Job tasks include but are not limited to: laying sod/seed, spreading mulch, planting, grading, flagstone work, small concrete work, block work, veneer, natural stone walls, firepits, etc. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Must have valid driver's license and transportation to and from work (to shop located in Hendersonville, NC). Additional opportunities with higher pay based on experience/qualifications! Must be available to work Mon-Fri and some Saturdays upon request. Daily hours 8-5, sometimes later depending on travel to jobs. Typical hours per week for our crews range from 43-50. Overtime is paid over 40 hrs. Opportunity for paid sick and vacation days! Pay range $14-$18 starting, depending on experience level and qualifications. Paid weekly on Fridays. Guaranteed hours. THIS JOB IS NOT FOR LAWN MOWING! Job will require physical strength for some tasks. Must be physically able to work long days outdoors and lift at least 50-80 lbs. Must be on time for work!!
