TRU Roofing and Construction is seeking full-time carpenters and laborers. At TRU Roofing and Construction we do about half Roofing most of those being asphalt and a few metal. When we're not roofing we do framing, siding, windows, doors, drywall hang and finish, decks, and all sorts of other things. Individuals must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with means of transportation daily. You must also have an eye for detail, be respectful, dependable, reliable, honest and be a team player. Carpenters must have tool bags and wear them all the time and laborers will be required to have a set within 1 month of being hired. Raises, bonuses, and paid time off are all options for the right motivated people.
