Looking for full time Residential Maintenance Tech-all around handy person for properties in area. Willing to train someone who is not looking for a boring desk job...each day a new job adventure:)
The position would entail painting, cleaning,landscaping,plowing/shoveling,light plumbing,electrical,carpentry,flooring.etc for motivated person who likes to work with hands.
Must be able to lift 50lbs if needed.
Monday-Friday 8-4:30 (in future willingness to cover occasional nights/weekend emergency. Should live local)
High School Diploma-valid license & vehicle
Presentable appearance.
Proficient in English
