Hi, I would like to hire someone to skim my walls with plaster to smooth out my wall from imperfect walls. I would like to skim coat 2 wall by the stairs and paint. The second floor common area walls and ceilings. In room 1; Skim 2 walls and paint those wall plus ceiling. In room 2; skim 2 walls and paint afterwards plus ceiling. In room 3; Perhaps skim ceiling or another technic to fix the bump in the middle that connects the drywall. Plus fix nails coming from one wall, I’ll also pay for the plaster. PS if you can place ceiling fans and simple light fixture is a plus. Please advise price per light fixture. Please only text with pics. DO NOT CALL. Thanks Gigi Please advise price
