We are a growing Wholesale Area Rug & E-commerce & Furniture distribution company in need of an Bookkeeper & Office Manager.This is a long term position with potential growth. Ideal Candidate will train for 2 weeks.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and basic office programs.
• 2 years experience as bookkeeper (preferably with Quickbooks experience)
• Prepare shipping labels for E-commerce orders
• Light errands may be required such as post office, bank, etc.
• Must be able to travel to visit customers when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Incoming and outgoing phone calls, data entry, filing.
• Communicate with clients regarding their sales orders, invoices, payments, etc.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and prepares for shipment
Skills Required ;
• •Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.Excel knowledge is a Must *****
(will train for Quickbooks)
• Must have valid NJ driver's license.
• High school education or equivalent
•Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Office & Warehouse
Compensation & Benefits.
