At a rally on Saturday, Trump declared that “the press is the enemy of the People.” In fact, the Framers saw the Press and the First Amendment as the guardian of the People by their ability at exposing corrupt politicians. That Trump is ignorant of the Constitution is no surprise to anyone but keep in mind that Hitler also claimed that the Press was the enemy. See any similarities?
