Description
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
-Manage a crew of workers, including schedules, project progress meetings.
-help to manage labor, supplies, and material costs
-Work with Project Managers, other construction management.
-Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
-Create schedules for workers and subcontractors.
-Assign work accordingly based on priority of project.
-Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
Requirements
-Have managed a $6,000,000.00 or larger street construction project.
-Manage crew members in a professional and respectful manner.
-Work competently and be accountable for actions taken.
-Be able to problem solve independently.
