We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of convenience store projects primarily in the southeastern U.S. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the approved project plan • Visit site locations as required • Verify that the approved plan is accurate and communicate any needed changes • Communicate with the Owner and General Contractor to ensure all parties have clear direction and understanding of the scope of work • Coordinate installation schedules • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met • Maintain required project documentation Qualifications: • Previous experience in management of construction projects • Ability to work independently from home • Strong project management skills • Excellent communications skills • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to travel frequently • Knowledge of convenience store construction preferred
