Seeking a music writing partner (guitarist or pianist) who is into pop/jazz/ballad/alternative type of music. Ideally this would start out as a fun project for us and if we feel comfortable with one another and the material I’d love to perform it around New York together and see where things go. About me: Just moved to New York a few months ago, I am a male singer with a multi octave and diverse range that can belt, sing falsetto and more. I am a decent lyricist and develop Melodies in my head but I have no instrument playing abilities to take them any further. I have relatively good pitch, I can hear a note and sing everything in key. My musical influences are a bit all over but I really love singer songwriter music such as Nina Simone, Mariah Carey, Ray Charles, The Black Keys, Bruno Mars, Lana Del Rey, Tony Bennet, Michael Buble. Because I don’t have any musical instrument abilities I’ve never been able to take it much further. I can send you some a cappella voice memos of me if interested.
