We have a flexible opening in our practice space at the Brooklyn Rehearsal studios on 15th St & 2nd Ave (Gowanus). One reserved, consistent weekday slot on Monday evenings for a reasonable band rate, or could also be for weekday use at a slightly lower rent. Excellent spot with chill and friendly co-tenants. Corner room with three windows (great for cross-ventilation when it gets nicer), easy load in/out access right by the front door, shared PA, drum kit and bass rig. Everyone takes care of things and we all pitch in when needed. Band-wise, I've played there with a five-piece (including keys) and it's cozy but comfy. Also ideal for solo artists needing a consistent practice spot away from home or anyone who does zoom music lessons. The space has wifi included. Available Feb 1. Looking for someone who's interested in coming in long term, or at least for a year. The photos attached are from 2020, but I haven't been in for a bit to update them.
