Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes. Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts. Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours. The bonus listed is in effect beginning 8/29/2021 and will end 02/12/2022. Weekend surge from 10:00pm on Thursday- Monday at 10:00am of an additional $4.50/hr. Additional weekend surge of an extra $1.00/hr from 10:00PM Friday-10:00AM Monday. This surge is in effect from 1/20/2022 and will end 02/17/2022 *Includes a $1 per hour shift differential pay enhancement and a $1 per hour full time pay enhancement starting 9/5/2021.
