seeking expert Bass player with time to rehearse

I am a guitar player who also does a good bit of vocals. I have a complete sound system, rehearsal space and if everything looks promising enough - a professional level sound engineer to assist live shows. I have worked "semiprofessionally" in the music "business" and have decades of experience. I am looking for a very technically accomplished Bass player - bonus if you also are either multi-instrumentalist or possess vocal skills. Blues, Folk/Rock, Classic Rock, Southern Rock, etc... But, not all the titles you might be used to encountering! Some you will, of course. Interesting arrangements, hard work - yet fun rehearsals - maybe even incorporate good food - time allowing? A fun, hard working, yet focused approach to putting together a professional quality group eventually? Anyway, please provide lots of specifics about yourself as a person as well as a Musician, your "rig/gear", your logistical abilities as to rehearsals time and shows/travel, etc... Thank you.
