Hello! I'm looking for other Americana/folk musicians who'd like to get together and play. My longterm goal is to find/establish a new band and start recording and playing around town, but it's really low pressure right now. I'm female in my late twenties, and play guitar and clawhammer banjo, and sing and write my own music. I can harmonize easily, and it would be great to find other people who write music and have strong vocals/want to sing. My influences include Sharon Van Etten, Gillian Welch, Townes Van Zandt, Leif Vollebekk, and artists of that vein. Feel free to reach out if it sounds like something you'd be interested in! Recordings or performance clips would also be great to send along, and I can send some back.
