Empowerment Through Movement Presents Donation Yoga with the partnership and support of Vibe 28 and Mackenzie of ProKind! Enjoy a yoga flow to help you move into the New Year with confidence. Have fun with a flow guided by Kenzi and then relax into your mat at the end of class with a meditation from USOA Ms Nevada to help you move into the weekend with renewed mindfulness and fresh reset. A raffle will be held at the event for two amazing swag bags from our sponsors Merle Norman Skin Care and Athleta! These raffle items are amazing so you'll want to get your raffle tickets at the event! Please bring water and your yoga mat, dress ready to move and meditate! We can't wait to see you there! All proceeds will go to Hope Means Nevada - a statewide, community-driven initiative to eliminate teen suicide and promote mental fitness among our youth.
