Grand Pacific Apartments is a newly built 134 units apartment complex in Tacoma. looking for a Maintenance Tech. This position is currently PT, and could potentially become FT(Salary) after 6-months. Must be available Tuesday - Saturday, you will be assigned for at least 6 hours per day. Must have Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Painting...). *APPLIANCE KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS* -Able/Willing to be available for emergency calls if needed -Able/Willing to help move appliances We can offer a 20% rent discount for the perfect fit after probation period. Qualifying candidate(s) must have the following: *3+ year experience *Appliance repair knowledge (or willing to learn) *Able to follow the instruction * Do Turn overs in timely manner *Good Attitude and Reliable *Has own Tools and transportation *Basic knowledge of Plumbing *Basic knowledge of Electrical *Painting and all things to do with unit turn-overs Please reply with resume.
