Description

A weekend of rest and renewal for foster and/or adoptive moms (and waiting moms too). Weekend includes 6 CEUs Registration fee: $225 (includes hotel room shared with one other person, meals for the weekend, t-shirt, all retreat sessions and a few fun surprises) Registration ends February 15 at 11:59 pm or when all available spots are full FAQs What's the refund policy? You may receive a full refund up until the start of the event as long as there is someone on the waiting list to take your spot. We cannot give you a refund if there isn't anyone on the waiting list. However, we can take your name and contact information and notify you if the waiting list status changes. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No Do I have to have a roommate/ Can I have more than one roommate? The event is designed to have two people in each hotel room. If you don't know anyone else attending, we will do our best to match you with a roommate that shares common interests. This has worked out very well in the past. If you are attending with an even numbered group of friends, please divide your group into twos. If you are attending with an odd numbered group of friends, you may request a room of 3 people. Per the hotel's rules, we cannot exceed three people to a room. We can only allow single room occupancy when medically necessary. If you feel that it's medically necessary for you to have a room to yourself, please email us at [email protected] for further information. Are children allowed? As much as we love babies and children, we have to ask you to leave them at home. We want moms to feel completely free of responsibility while attending The With Retreat and this requires no children in sight and no one having to share a room with a baby. Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed. If you have a service animal, please email [email protected] for further information. Have a question we didn't answer? Email [email protected] Immerse Arkansas walks with youth and families toward hope, help, and healing.
