Greetings! Our agency is seeking a Part-time Event & PR Coordinator for an immediate opportunity. We are a boutique Creative & PR Agency serving the luxury real estate industry. We are joy generators for residents for some Atlanta, Nashville, and South Florida's most luxurious communities. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, loves luxury real estate, with a knack for marketing, and sharp eye for detail. Role/Responsibilities; -Community visits and walk-throughs -Client relationship building and nurturing -Managing event logistics -Event materials procurement and shopping -Onsite event management and coordination -Vendor procurement and management -Theme conceptualizing -Securing and finalizing agreements -Partnerhship and sponsorship building -Inventory management -Participates in team meetings with thought provoking contribution -Social media management -Weekly video calls -Some light reporting Requirements -High School Diploma (Some college credits preferred) -3+ years in Luxury sales -Extensive background in customer service and world-class service experience -Must have reliable transportation -Ability to use Apple products -Novice skills in Canva, Google Products, Zoom, Typeform, and Social Media platforms -Some travel may be required -Ability to work 2 -3 hours some evenings and weekends (Events) -High level of responsibility and reliability - High level of business acumen Perks -Some remote work -Amazing culture and team environment -Team outings -Mentorship -Visa Benefits -Bonuses ***This position will be a contract position with high probability to full-time permanent.*** TO APPLY Send us your resume 2 professional/fun photos of you in your element (optional) WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER!
