Then come join us at POST for an exclusive cookie decorating AND cocktail class hosted by Lacie Ranae (The Cookie Cutter) and Tyler Sayers (no introduction needed) Not only will you learn the basics of decorating sugar cookies with royal icing, but you will also learn how to use all the different tools with proper techniques used by bartenders. For this class, you’ll receive your own personal box with three different un-iced Valentine's themed cookies along with multiple bags of different colored icing for you to decorate with! This year it’s dinosaur themed and I cannot wait! We’ll be learning a couple of different decorating techniques you’ll be able to re-create at home like “wet-on-wet” and “feathering.” In between decorating, you’ll learn how to properly pour, shake, and razzle-dazzle each crafted cocktail with tips on how to make your own masterpiece at home. We will be spotlighting three different cocktails with Valentine’s elements in each one.
