Ranch Hand/Property Maintenance needed

ISO Hardworking, reliable, honest ranch maintenance/ranch hand 30-35 hours/week. More hours if wanted. Approx. Tuesday-Sunday, or Mon-Sat. 7am-11am and 5pm-6pm 6 acres, horse barn, pastures, arena, etc. Possible live-in opportunity for the right candidate, after a work-trial period. MUST HAVE: -Able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather. -Can lift up to 75 pounds. -Can drive tractor, and other equipment. -Background check -No smoking. No drugs. -Valid drivers license. -Honest, reliable, punctual. -Work independently and alone, and is a self starter. Highly motivated. -Work references. -Experience with horses (NOT a riding position), spot colic, injuries, etc. Duties: Muck and feed 5 horses 2xday, bed stalls, water, blanket, turnout. Maintain all aspects of the property and barn. Fencing, mowing, watering, weeding, pasture management, manure, hay, irrigating, landscaping, other odd jobs, water and drag arena, maintain farm equipment, etc. Please email your experience and resume.
