9 month old pitbull

I’m have an almost 9 month old pitbull for rehome. He’s up to date on vaccines and will provide paper work for them. He is not neutered. He does not pull on walks unless there is another dog. We are still working on that. Depending on distance he will either pull or stop look for a min and then continue with occasional look backs. He will not bark even if barked at though. He knows sit and down as well. He will tell you when he needs to go potty. He is also kennel trained. He has been around my kids ages 4 and younger and does great. Most of the day he lays by my feet and chews his bone. But he does not know his own size. So if not properly exercised he will get rambunctious in the house and knock them down. Not on purpose but just out of accident. We have 2 cats in the house. One loves to play with him and he plays gently back. The other does not like to play so he lays on the floor and waits for her to approach and snuggle/sniff. He has also been around a 7lb dog and dogs his size and plays well with all of them. He does like to hang out outside when it’s nice or there is snow. He is friendly with everyone he meets unless in his yard or house he will bark to alert if I’m not out there. If I’m present he comes up butt wagging looking for pets. He does jump if to excited. He is very vocal with me. He tries to communicate as a husky would. He’ll tell you he’s hungry, thirsty, wants a toy you name it he has a cry/bark to communicate it. He will come with his kennel. I’m asking a rehoming fee of 150.
