Ben Grossman, a former Arlington High School/Johnson and Wales graduate, is a chef in the Boston area. He has worked at a number of venues and restaurants throughout the years. Most recently, he was traveling with Cirque du Soleil as a chef for the performers and crew, however the whole production was shut down due to the COVID 19 pandemic. He moved home to Arlington where he kept cooking and challenging himself with new recipes while posting on social media. He began baking bagels and friends started reaching out that they would like to buy bagels from him. He is now a licensed and insured business called Benny's Bagels (www.bennysbagelsma.com). He really made lemonade out of lemons during the pandemic!
