There is a bike thief who stole a very nice bike from the Orleans casino. This was done in December. This bike thief has been seen at the 'shanty town' down by the train tracks and Rio. There appears to be many stolen bikes owned by residents of this location. Coincidence? Not likely. Because of this thievery, the shanty town tents have been raided and will be subjected to citizens claiming back thier stolen items. If you claim something is your property, you better have proof of purchase! (especially if you haven't got a pot to piss in.....literally! ) Moral of the post- don't take what doesn't belong to you. If it's locked and you have no key, it's not yours! You can't complain about being questioned and targeted for theft if your a thief or associate with them.
