Press release from Town of Andover: October 16, 2020 The Department of Public Works is excited to begin the replacement of a section of water main on Chandler Road between the I-93 overpass and Greenwood Road. Water Main Replacement is scheduled to begin the week of October 19th. There will be planned water main shutdowns, for which notices will be distributed to affected residents and businesses beforehand.
