3 year old akc registered female spayed chocolate lab. Kid and other dog friendly but not a fan of cats (only seen one in PetSmart) has been an indoor family dog not used for hunting and will only rehome to be an indoor family dog! My living situation had to change abruptly and she no longer has a yard and since a new management company came in I can no longer have a pet over 30 pounds but am only 4 months into my new lease. I don’t want to rehome her but it’s that or be homeless so I have no choice. With that being said I will be very picky about who she goes to. Asking a $500 rehoming fee which is much less than we paid for her and the money we have put into her.
