Madison area landscape company RSI Landscape Services is currently seeking applicants to fill FULL-TIME positions for our SNOW REMOVAL crews. You must be reliable and able to work in cold weather/winter conditions. Attendance is important as the duration and severity of winter storms vary with each event. We work every snowfall and provide work outside of snow events. You must be available on short notice, nights, and holidays. We look for a commitment to the winter season with potential bonuses in the spring for completing the winter season. Ideal candidates will have previous experience operating snow equipment safely or previous snow removal experience. We will train the right candidate with no experience that is self-motivated, reliable, and looking to grow their career Full-Time in the landscape industry. Plow truck experience is an additional plus with potential for immediate advancement. RSI offers long term growth, wage increases based on performance, bonuses, room for advancement for candidates with leadership qualities and steady work opportunities (year around). We work together in a driven friendly team atmosphere to achieve optimal service for our customers. Reliable transportation to business headquarters is needed as well as a valid driver’s license. This position will transition to summer full time work based on candidates winter performance. $19.00-$25 per hour for the right candidates. Wages based on experience for qualified applicants with proven experience.
