Madison area landscape company RSI Landscape Services is currently seeking applicants to fill a SKID LOADER OPERATOR POSITION for SNOW REMOVAL. Candidate must be reliable and able to work in cold weather/winter conditions. Attendance is important as the duration and severity of winter storms vary with each event. You must be available on short notice, nights, and holidays. We look for a commitment to the winter season with potential bonuses in the spring for completing the winter season. Ideal candidate will have previous experience operating skid loaders safely with experience in snow removal and familiarity with ISO controls. RSI offers long term growth, wage increases based on performance, bonuses, room for advancement for candidates with leadership qualities and steady work opportunities (year around). We work together in a driven friendly team atmosphere to achieve optimal service for our customers. Reliable transportation to headquarters is needed as well as a valid driver’s license. This position can transition to summer full time operator work based on candidates winter performance. $20.00-$25.00 per hour for the right candidates. Wages based on experience for qualified applicants with proven experience.
