Lost Black 2 year old cat near motel on la brea in July 2021

In June 2021, I was staying at the relax inn motel 1269 S La Brea Ave Los Angeles, CA 90019 United States.. some lady convinced someone to take my cat out the room while I left the home momentarily. I spoke with someone in august about my cat Jaspur because she said she scanned him and my contact information was provided for her because he is chipped. She said her friend feeds strays and was able to see him. She Kept trying to get me to give her my cats belongings, as if she was trying to keep the toys and or food i had, rather than tell me the area, so I can look for him myself, as it would have been much easier for me to approach him, other than her and her friends. After a while she never responded to my messages. Jaspur is all black, short haired, and almost 2 years old. She should have a gray collar on, if it is still on. Please contact me, as I’m trying to find him and get him off the street and back home with me. Please Contact me If you see Jaspur. He knows his name and is not harmful but not super friendly as I got him as a baby at the start of coronademic and it was just me and him for a year… Thank you !!! Have an amazing day
