Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter looking for musicians for a backup band situation. Original rock with a few cover tunes that I have rearranged to fit the personality of the band. Each musician gets solos and the ability to shine. Drummers; think Aynsley Dunbar/Simon Phillips. No pocket drummers. Drummer is the star of the show. Need good lead guitar player harmony vocalist, a melodic bass guitarist harmony vocalist, a Hammond organist and a pianist. Also adding two or three female back up vocalists. The goal is a 7 or 8 piece rock band. Some people who have heard my material say it sounds like; Queensryche, some say the Allman Bros., some say Thin Lizzy, some say Rush, some say Deep Purple, some say Steve Miller. So I would say a combination of all of them. This is a long long grind to get to the next level, but if you got the talent and need a direction, willing to follow a leader and dedicated life long musician with a vision, please respond. Many musicians complain about my stance, but as I say; "just trying to control my own destiny". My band, your band, his band her band, doesn't matter to me. But I have wasted decades supporting others. This is an opportunity with great potential, but of course no guarantees.
