Description
Seeking anyone who witnessed or behind State Trooper Dunlap on January 2 at just before 3 pm after ascending southbound from McCollough Bridge in North Bend Hwy. 101. Dunlap was driving a new dark gray unmarked dodge cruiser and made a u turn crossing a double yellow line to pull over an ill/ disabled veteran that ended with a citation. This veteran has a serious rare disorder and suffered a mild attack later that evening due to his illness, which he has had previously as well some so severe that "vasovagel syncope'' occurs landing him in an emergency room. The disease is called Dercums / Madelungs disease. The fine is extreme enough that this senior citizen is now trying to figure out how to pay it, The individual has also recently been forced into being homeless like many seniors and veterans. His circumstance was created in part due to State Parks changing their minds and not allowing him to camp host. Although he is not as poor as some he is still now suddenly forced to struggle.
We are seeking anyone who saw this occur or the other incident that was of more serious nature previous in front of the market near the stoplight in which an accident was a near miss with three vehicles.
How many people would like to see the troopers be more visible instead of preying in covert ways against any citizens especially senior citizens
