Looking for a reliable property maintenance tech with skills in plumbing, electric and other general construction areas. Do not need to be a master at any. Just basic skills required but skilled guys always welcome. Job is located in Ithaca at different properties around town. Will need your own tools and vehicle to get around. Company trucks and shop tools available also but you would need to be flexible with use. On call work required on a rotational basis with work colleagues. Time and a half offered for on call work.
