Hello, we are a group of creative women starting an art collective and have two studio spaces available in our coworking studio. We are seeking a creative professional, an artist of any kind to share our studio located in central/south Berkeley in a sweet residential area off university ave and Sacramento. This studio is quite charming with brick walls, skylights, and big windows. When you first walk in there’s a large community table (lunch breaks, future workshops), there’s also a sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and tea kettle. We have an outdoor rooftop patio that’s wonderful for working outside or taking a breather. We are right next to a lovely park with grass fields, an amazing cafe below us, and plenty of street parking. There is a warm and welcoming community feeling in our building and the park outside. The studio will be shared between 5-7 creatives, we are painters, coaches, and teachers looking for like minded professionals to join our new space. If you’re in need of an office workspace to work on your computer that’s fine too! Spaces are $500 + utilities, lease starts March or sooner.
