Gastroenterology reference?

Can anyone recommend a gastroenterologist in the area that will NOT jump immediately to colonoscopy as a colon cancer screening method? There are at least 5 other modalities, but most or many docs want to press colonoscopy because of the revenue generated for all involved. I’m looking for someone a little less gung-ho! Any reference or name appreciated. In Gaithersburg, but willing to drive up to 60 miles. THANK YOU!
