Looking to rehome abandoned dog

Female dog was supposed to be watched for 2 weeks. Over 4 months have passed and owner has not returned. Looking to find a home for about 1 year old female. Good with kids, playful, somewhat trained. I don’t know what kind of dog she is or if she’s even had her shots. Not looking for anything but a good home for her.
