Looking for 2-4 Remodel Crew who can take on Projects

We are looking to add an experienced remodel team of 2-4 crew who can handle several of our jobs in a quality, timely, responsible, manor and who are reliable. All projects will have detailed work scopes-contracts etc. Basic needs mostly residential projects, large rooms additions, remodels etc. 1) Read & understand plans, work scopes etc. 2) Treat owners homes, job sites with respect. 3) Good planners. 4) Be able to back up your experience, Not just take on work and mess it up, we have had too much of that, we just want to know what you do well and keep you from what you don’t do. 5) Demo. 6) Framing. 7) Siding, windows. 8) Load bearing walls. 9) Install pre-fab cabinets. 10) Install tile, wood hard flooring etc. 11) Building install showers, concrete boards, tiles etc as required. 12) Drywall. 13) Painting. 14) Light plumbing, light fixtures installed. Note: We have Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC for the rest. 15) Finish carpentry, doors, base, case, crown moldings etc 16) Average remodel contracts $5-$30K and up. 17) Do you have currently have General Liability Insurance?
