ISO Kitten after loss of 20-year old cat/teddy bear

Our prince of a feline, Sabre, passed away a few weeks ago after the sudden onset of acute kidney failure. Sabre was with us almost twenty years and was the best cat ever. He slept next to me every night (well, once the kids moved out; prior to that, he was not very picky in choosing his sleeping partner). For the past few years he was my furry teddy bear and I'll miss him forever. Sandra and I are very sad about Sabre's death, but my mother likes to point out that it's hard to be sad with a kitten in the house, so that is now our goal. But Sabre will live in our hearts forever. He was such a great cat that we want to bring another feline into our home. We have a big galoot of a dog who gets along great with cats; this cat will live indoors only as we are on a very busy street.
