Take out my trash

I am a senior citizen with a heart condition. I need someone to take my trash from the back entrance to my apartment building to the dumpster on the property. It is not a far distance and the trash will be in bags. I can make it to the back door without too much stress, but I get chest pains and it scares me if I have to drag it farther. It must be picked up on Tuesday evening (anytime after 4) and you have to let me know when you will be here so the trash doesn't sit outside.
