Need someone to call for whatever the property needs. The list changes constantly. Right now: organize the garage, organize the basement, put small exercise peddler together, stain/paint a banister and stairs, cut shelving to fit and add to closets, remove a mailbox, paint it and reinstall. In the spring, mowing and landscaping can be included or not. Some snow shoveling can be included or not. If interested, email your full name, location, cell, related experience, and hourly rate.
