Need a ln experienced maintenance turn key guy with house painting skills for simple home flips/turns. ****Please email with a GOOD CONTACT # AND A DAILY RATE expectations- if this is missing we will not be able to respond. *** PLEASE FULLY READ BEFORE EMAILING: In need of a FT RELIABLE AND EXPERIENCED TURN KEY / PAINTER with knowledge of turn key services A MUST. EXPERIENCED with interior/exterior paint A MUST- Do you have tools and know how to use a paint sprayer - brush and roller? We are in need of someone who moves fast and is there to work and be apart of a team that can pay attention to detail including following scope of work(work orders )-and most importantly -we need RELIABILITY and is a team player. Own transportation is a must, Tools - brushes, roller naps and great work ethics are all necessary. M-F “between” the hours of 7am and 7pm hours( we do NOT only work 8 hours a day- it can go over this, if you can’t work more than that, please don’t apply. We work in ALL of central Florida!!!
