Build me a plywood box

Hiya. I need a plywood box made for a special purpose (holds a pump and heater and propane tank). So first you make a box like shown in #1. The box has a bottom, a back, and two sides (no front or top). I dont know how you join the seams, you figure that out. 3/8 in plywood. Then next, you make the front piece, as shown in #2. This front piece is removeable and simply latches to the main box by latches like I have shown (or some other good idea). So the idea is, this front board can come off when I need to service the equipment inside. Lastly, there is a top lid on hinges image #3. This top lid does not cover the entire box, rather when the lid is closed there is an opening on the one end which is 7" wide (this is where the propane water heater is mounted so that when it runs the exaust exists the box.
