We are rehoming our African Grey Parrot due to change of schedules and not having the time any longer needed for this awesome guy. He is roughly 7 years old (live to be 80) and in great health as we get him vet checked each year. He prefers to stay around or be in his cage as we leave it open often and he climbs out when curious. He does seem to have a fear of hands which we have been working on (rescued him at 5 years old). He steps up better on a hand wrapped in a towel or such. Good vocabulary and loves to mimic fire alarms and other noises (sometimes quite loudly). Sleeps well and eats a good diet of pellets, some seeds and veggies. Loves fruit.
